The new old activity of the year

It's been years since i went tkd's training . Last friday i joined back the group and the activity of the day was doing exercise , you know sit-up and so on. Currently, my daily routine is eat,sleep,studies and bathing to keep myself clean and wangi all time =p so that friday during the training, i was worried of doing bumping and sit-ups. the last sit-up i did was less than 10 . fuuuhh ! but at last ! i did bumping and sit-ups better , wink* the new resolution is to keep fit back as i usualy did last time =) now i feel balance


sadly,the next morning my muscles is like a damn pain ! seriously. i walk like a penguin ,
hope it may not last longer
